CORE FUNCTIONS AND SERVICES 

• Strategic & District Planning: Formulating Master, Local, and District Development Plans that set the blueprint for future growth and structural layout 
• Land Management & Advisory: Providing expert land valuation, and use advisory services, and strategic project planning and coordination
• Development Control and Compliance: Administering building plan approvals, managing planning appeals, and conducting continuous compliance monitoring and enforcement
• Sustainability & Resource Promotion: Driving environment management initiatives and actively supporting the promotion of sustainable agriculture
• Governance & Coordination: Serving as the technical liaison for stakeholder coordination, servicing the Spatial Planning, Land management and Environment Committee, and managing all internal budgeting, procurement, and departmental reporting
